Pause for the menopause. Guided visualisation.

This video is a guided visualisation to help you pause to relieve the symptoms of menopause. Menopausal symptoms can be debilitating sometimes and as a result be stressful. Meditation can help in all sorts of ways but can reduce stress and give a sense of space from your emotions and enhanced awareness. It can also bring about a sense of empowerment and gratitude about the wonder of nature and remind you that menopause is a normal process which is not an illness, despite the symptoms being severe at times. It will reduce the sense of overwhelm that women feel during the perimenopause and menopause and help you feel grounded and comforted in what is often described as a rollercoaster.

There are many therapies to try during the menopause but I hope this brings you some benefit.
